Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 24, 2026

CabinetryStock.com LLC (d/b/a Cabinetry Stock / CabinetryStock) Principal address: 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801 Contact: [email protected]

CabinetryStock.com LLC is not ISO certified.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

1.1 Binding agreement. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you,” “customer,” or “user”) and CabinetryStock.com LLC (“CabinetryStock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of https://cabinetrystock.com and related pages, tools, and services (the “Site”), and any order you place through the Site or with our sales team that references these Terms.

1.2 How you accept. You accept these Terms by: (a) creating an account; (b) browsing or using the Site in a manner that requires acceptance under applicable law; (c) checking the checkout assent box and placing an order; or (d) otherwise indicating agreement in writing (including email) when we ask you to confirm.

1.3 Related policies. The following policies are incorporated by reference as they appear on the Site on the date of your order (or, for Site use without an order, as then posted): Privacy Policy; Shipping Policy; Refund & Returns Policy; Warranty Policy; and the Claims & Returns instructions at /returns/. If there is a direct conflict on a commercial topic (shipping timelines, refunds, warranty remedies), the more specific policy controls for that topic, except that these Terms control on doors-only rules, liability limits, indemnity, IP, prohibited uses, and dispute resolution.

1.4 Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the Effective Date. Material changes affecting existing orders will not apply retroactively to that order unless required by law or you agree. Continued Site use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use and orders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to place an order. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company. We may refuse service, cancel accounts, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside our product rules (including doors-only restrictions in §4).

3. Products and descriptions

3.1 Catalog. We sell kitchen and bath cabinetry (assembled and unassembled/RTA), vanities and related fixtures as listed, flooring, accessories, and Sample Doors (finish/sample items) as described on the Site. Product photos, dimensions, finishes, and specifications are approximate. Natural materials, lot, lighting, monitor display, and manufacturer updates can cause variation. Color and finish samples (including Sample Doors) are guides, not guarantees of exact match to a later full-kitchen production run.

3.2 Not the manufacturer (unless stated). Brand names on the Site identify third-party manufacturers or lines we offer. CabinetryStock is a retailer/reseller unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Manufacturer documentation hosted on the Site (catalogs, PDFs) is for reference; your purchase is governed by CabinetryStock’s Terms and policies, not by expanding or replacing those with manufacturer retail terms, except that manufacturer warranties remain the manufacturer’s (see §11).

3.3 No ISO certification. CabinetryStock.com LLC is not ISO certified. Do not rely on any third-party quality mark, “premium,” or craftsmanship language as an ISO or certification claim by CabinetryStock.

3.4 Design tools and “free” design. Online design tools and “free kitchen design” offers are informational aids. Unless we agree in a separate writing: they are not stamped architectural/engineering documents; they are not a substitute for a licensed designer, architect, or installer; measurements you provide are your responsibility; and revision scope may be limited.

4. Doors-only retail ban; Sample Doors; claims-remediation exception

4.1 Business rule — no retail doors-only. CabinetryStock does not sell cabinet doors-only (or parts-only door sets) as a standalone retail catalog or quote item for new purchases. Customers purchase the full cabinet unit (or other full SKU as listed). Requests for doors-only as a new retail sale will be declined.

4.2 Sample Door definition (allowed catalog category). A “Sample Door” means a finish sample / door sample SKU offered in the Sample Doors category (or clearly labeled SAMPLE DOOR on the product page), typically a single door slab or finish sample for color/style evaluation. A Sample Door is not:

  • – a complete cabinet box ready to install as a storage unit;
  • – a full cabinet system (box, shelves, hardware set as a finished cabinet);
  • – an invitation to order doors-only replacements for a kitchen you did not buy from us (except under §4.3).

Sample Door product pages must be read as sample/finish information. Any marketing language on a Sample Door page that describes full-cabinet construction, soft-close systems, or lifetime cabinet warranties applies to the corresponding full cabinet line when sold as a full cabinet, not to the Sample Door SKU itself, unless the Sample Door page expressly states a sample-specific warranty.

4.3 Claims-remediation exception. Doors, parts, or replacements may be provided only as claims remediation for damage, defect, shortage, or approved warranty disposition on product already sold by CabinetryStock to you, processed through our Claims path at /returns/ (or as our Claims team directs). That path is not a new doors-only retail sale.

4.4 Sample credit / rebate. Any “rebate,” “credit,” or “100% sample credit toward a full kitchen” offer is subject to written eligibility terms we publish (Site banner, Sample Doors category, or order confirmation). Unless a writing says otherwise, credits typically require: purchase of an eligible full kitchen (or qualifying cabinet order) from CabinetryStock; use of the same customer/account; timing and stacking limits we state; and exclusion of cancelled, fraud, or returned sample orders.

4.5 Checkout / ops. We may cancel or refuse carts that are doors-only outside Sample Door SKUs or claim-approved orders.

5. Quotes, pricing, and errors

5.1 Prices. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise, exclude shipping/taxes unless the checkout total includes them, and may change until you place an order we accept.

5.2 Strike-through / “was” pricing. Where the Site shows a prior or reference price (“was,” strike-through, or percent-off), that figure is a reference we believe is bona fide under our pricing practices.

5.3 Errors. We may cancel or correct orders that contain obvious pricing, taxonomy, or availability errors (including Sample Door SKUs mis-listed as full cabinets). If we cancel after payment authorization, we will refund amounts we collected for the cancelled items.

5.4 Taxes. You are responsible for applicable sales/use tax as calculated at checkout or as required by law.

6. Orders and cancellation

6.1 Offer and acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel before shipment (including for fraud review, stock, shipping limits, or §4 doors-only rules). A charge authorization is not final acceptance.

6.2 Pre-shipment cancellation. Contact [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not entered supplier processing / palletization, we will try to cancel. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may be unavailable and the Refund & Returns Policy applies instead.

6.3 Special order / assembled. Special-order, custom, or assembled goods may be non-cancellable once released to the supplier, except as required by law or our Refund Policy exceptions for damage/defect.

7. Payment

7.1 Methods. We may accept cards and other methods displayed at checkout (including processors such as Square) and third-party financing such as Affirm where offered.

7.2 Affirm / financing. If you choose Affirm (or another BNPL/lender), your credit relationship is with that provider under their terms. CabinetryStock does not underwrite, approve, or guarantee financing. See /financing-available/ and the provider’s disclosures at checkout. Returns/refunds of financed purchases still follow our Refund Policy and the lender’s rules for adjusting your loan.

7.3 Authorization; fraud. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected method for the order total. We may request verification and cancel suspected fraudulent orders.

7.4 Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge, contact us first at [email protected] so we can help with shipping proof, claims, or returns. Unfounded chargebacks after delivery without using our Claims (/returns/) or Returns process may be contested with evidence.

8. Shipping

Shipping methods, processing times, transit estimates, restrictions, risk of loss for customer-arranged freight, and related rules are in the Shipping Policy at /shipping-policy/, incorporated by reference.

Operational summary (non-exhaustive; policy controls): Orders commonly require about 5–7 business days to palletize/prepare, then about 2–4 business days standard transit after ship — actual timing varies by supplier location, carrier, residential delivery, weather, and product. Marketing phrases like “fast shipping” mean relative industry norms, not a guaranteed calendar-week doorstep delivery.

Damage / loss notice: Follow the Shipping Policy and open a claim via /returns/ as soon as practicable after delivery.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns, restocking (including the published 20% restocking fee where applicable), return freight responsibility, non-refundable outbound shipping, authorization-before-return, and refund timing are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy at /refund_returns/, incorporated by reference. Prefer [email protected] for consumer-facing return questions (internal routing to Nathan as needed).

10. Claims, damage, shortage, incorrect items

10.1 Intake. For damaged, missing, incorrect, refused, or warranty-related issues, use the Claims & Returns form at /returns/ (or email [email protected] with order number and photos). Submitting a claim does not by itself authorize a return or guarantee coverage, credit, or carrier payment.

10.2 Practical evidence (OP-aligned; no invented carrier deadlines). When safe, please provide: clear photos of damage or shortage; packaging and labels; and delivery paperwork you have; and keep product/packaging available for inspection when reasonably possible. Our Claims team handles disposition under company claims procedure.

10.3 Automated / phone support — no liability admission. Automated phone trees, chatbots, scripts, and first-line support do not decide refunds, credits, carrier payment, or fault, and do not admit liability on behalf of CabinetryStock. Only a Claims or authorized teammate disposition (or a writing from us) controls outcome.

10.4 Doors/parts via claims. Replacement doors or parts for already-purchased product are claims remediation under §4.3, not a retail doors-only purchase.

11. Warranties

11.1 Manufacturer warranties. Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Those warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not expanded by CabinetryStock’s marketing summaries. Claim paths may require working with the manufacturer or providing proof of purchase through us as described on /warranty-policy/.

11.2 CabinetryStock limited warranty. Any separate CabinetryStock limited warranty is described on the Warranty Policy page and is limited to the remedies stated there (repair, replace, or refund at our option, as published). Labor, installation, and consequential damages are addressed in that policy and in §15–16 below.

11.3 Photo / condition evidence. Warranty claim instructions that ask for photos “in box and unassembled” apply to products that are reasonably still in that condition (e.g., RTA/unassembled). For assembled shipments or installed product, provide the best practicable photos of the defect, labeling/serials if available, and context shots — we will not require unsafe disassembly.

11.4 Disclaimer (to the extent allowed). EXCEPT FOR MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES AND ANY EXPRESS CABINETRYSTOCK LIMITED WARRANTY STATED ON THE WARRANTY POLICY, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT OTHER WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS — THOSE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, selection and arrangement, and original content are owned by CabinetryStock or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names and logos are trademarks of their owners; use on the Site does not grant you any license. You may not scrape, bulk-download, republish, or commercially reuse Site content without our prior written consent, except for ordinary browser caching and fair-use rights that cannot be waived.

13. User content and design tools

If you upload measurements, layouts, images, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant CabinetryStock a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and reproduce that User Content as needed to operate the Site, fulfill orders, and provide design assistance. You represent that you have rights to the User Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights. We may remove User Content that appears unlawful or abusive.

14. Prohibited uses

You may not: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt unauthorized access, scraping at scale, or interference with Site security; (c) place fraudulent orders; (d) misrepresent identity or authority; (e) use design tools to create content you pass off as our stamped professional work product; or (f) resell Sample Doors or claim sample credits in violation of published credit terms.

15. Disclaimers (Site and support)

THE SITE MAY HAVE DOWNTIME, BUGS, OR INACCURACIES. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS. ASSEMBLY VIDEOS AND BLOG CONTENT ARE INFORMATIONAL; FOLLOW MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS; IMPROPER INSTALLATION MAY VOID WARRANTIES AND CREATE SAFETY RISKS — USE A QUALIFIED INSTALLER WHERE APPROPRIATE.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

(a) CABINETRYSTOCK AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, INSTALLATION LABOR, OR PROJECT DELAY) ARISING FROM THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

(b) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CABINETRYSTOCK FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

(c) THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED (INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT WHERE SUCH LIMIT CANNOT BE WAIVED).

17. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify CabinetryStock and its members, managers, and agents against claims, damages, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from: (a) your misuse of the Site or products; (b) your User Content; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your installation or modification of products (except to the extent caused by our proven defect and not waived by law).

18. Dispute resolution; governing law; venue

18.1 Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or your order are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another state’s law, except that consumer-protection mandatory rules of your state of residence may apply where they cannot be waived.

18.2 Venue. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the state or federal courts located in Wyoming will be the exclusive venue for disputes, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Preferred operational path: contact [email protected] first to resolve informally.

18.3 Arbitration. Binding arbitration and class-action waiver are not adopted in these Terms. 18.4 Injunctive relief. Either party may seek provisional relief in court for IP or unauthorized access claims.

19. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy/. For state privacy requests, email [email protected] with subject line “Privacy Request” (or as that policy updates).

20. Electronic communications

You consent to receive transactional emails/SMS (order, shipping, claims) related to your purchases. Marketing messages require applicable consent and may be opted out as described in those messages or the Privacy Policy.

21. Miscellaneous

21.1 Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

21.2 Entire agreement. These Terms plus the incorporated policies and your accepted order confirmation are the entire agreement for Site use and purchases, superseding prior conflicting website terms on the same subject. Separate written contracts (e.g., trade accounts) control where they expressly conflict.

21.3 Assignment. You may not assign without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or successor.

21.4 No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

21.5 Force majeure. We are not liable for delays beyond reasonable control (carrier disruption, supplier force majeure, natural disaster, labor, war, epidemic, government action).
