At Cabinetry Stock, we want you to love your new space. If something isn’t right, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below before sending anything back.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be requested within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Restocking Fee

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund. The restocking fee is waived for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Returns are sent by mail or freight. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. For higher-value items we recommend a trackable, insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Start a Return

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage or defects within 72 hours of receipt. For damaged or defective items we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to post to your account.
