Who qualifies for a trade account?
Kitchen and bath showrooms, dealers and retailers, contractors, remodelers, builders, installers, interior designers and architects. If you buy cabinetry for clients or projects, apply and tell us about your business.
How long does approval take?
We review applications within one business day. You will get an email as soon as you are approved, and your trade prices appear automatically when you log in.
Can I shop while my application is being reviewed?
Yes. Your account works right away at retail prices. Once approved, trade pricing applies to everything from that point on.
How do I get sales-tax exemption?
Check “Request sales-tax exemption” on the application and upload your resale certificate. After we verify it, sales tax is no longer charged on your orders.
I already have a retail account. Do I need a new one?
No. Log in and open My Account, then Trade Program to apply with your existing account. Your order history stays with you.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Applying for a trade account is free.
