Cabinetry Stock Return, Refund, and Claims Policy (Effective 08/01/2022)

Return Policy:

  • Eligibility: Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or credit.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return results from our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased merchandise through a third party, please contact them directly to initiate a claim on your behalf.

Return Conditions:

  1. Visible Damage: For items visibly damaged upon receipt, file a claim immediately by completing the claims form on the bottom of this Page. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving the order.
  2. Delivery Receipt Notation: Note any damages on the Delivery Receipt upon receiving the package. Failure to do so may result in claim denial.
  3. Concealed Damage: For damages discovered after opening the package, file a claim within 90 days of delivery. If returning items, ensure they are received by us within this 90-day period. Failure to comply may result in being charged the full amount for the replacement order.
  4. Claims Department Decision: Our claims department will determine whether the items need to be returned and will notify you accordingly.
  5. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to returns not due to damages.
  6. Return Process: To return an item, submit a claim with your order number and details about the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
  7. Claim Denial: If your claim is denied, you will need to place a new order through our website or with your Customer Service Representative to replace any necessary items.

Order Cancellation:

  • If an order is canceled after it has entered fulfillment, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds or credits are typically processed within four weeks of returning the package. This timeframe includes transit time (5 to 10 business days), processing upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and bank processing time (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy:

  • Global Shipping: We can ship to virtually any address worldwide, though some product restrictions may apply.
  • Shipping Estimates: Upon placing an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and chosen shipping options.
  • Weight-Based Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are weight-based, with all weights rounded up to the next full pound, in accordance with shipping company policies.

Customer-Arranged Shipping:

  1. Damage Claims: Customers are responsible for filing claims with their chosen shipping company for any damages incurred during transit.
  2. Concealed Damages: For damages believed to be caused during manufacturing, follow the standard claim filing instructions provided above.
  3. Replacement Orders: Shipping damages will not be replaced at zero cost; therefore, you should place a new order on the website or through your Customer Service Representative.
